RETREATS

RETREATS AT THE CAMBRIDGE ZEN CENTER

We offer a variety of one-day and multi-day retreats. One-day retreats are especially suitable for those who are new to sitting in a retreat.

Multi-day retreats, known as “Yong Maeng Jong Jin” retreats, last two or more days. "Yong Maeng Jong Jin" is a traditional phrase that means “to leap like a tiger while sitting.” Anyone can make this leap and transform their life sitting a YMJJ.

The February Retreat will be a two-day retreat with Kwan Haeng Sunim, PSN on Saturday and Sunday, February 10 and 11. Learn more and sign up at cambridgezen.org/register. Please register by noon on Friday, February 9.

Please let us know if you need to park a car in our limited parking lot.

Meditation Retreats provide a rare opportunity to investigate your life for an extended period of time. Through this investigation, you can more easily access your inherent wisdom and compassion.
